Competition?
My skating lessons are coming along well.I have learned the basics, and my teacher said that I am a fast learner! Wow. I have never been praised like that ever! I am trying now to master how to skate backwards. It’s relatively easy, but for a beginner like me, it’s quite a challenge. I hope to master that soon so I can go on to learning the cool tricks.
As I mentioned, my teacher said I am a fast learner. She even told me that, in a few months time, I can compete in the beginner class of the upcoming tourneys they hold. Wow. That fact has given me the fuel to learn more! I hope to be able to compete. No matter if I don’t win, I have never competed in anything before and this is my chance!
